Job Description

Chishuru is a one Michelin starred modern West African restaurant. We're looking for an enthusiastic CDP to join our small team of seven chefs, led by chef Joké Bakare, working on our regularly-changing set menus. Our chefs work seven shifts a week - usually three doubles and a single but we are flexible - and no more than 45 hours pw. 

Job Requirements

Minimum two years' experience in a table service restaurant kitchen. Specific experience with West African food not required. We like people who work hard, who work quickly, are precise, but are also friendly and relaxed - if you think working in the kitchen is like being in the army, we are the wrong workplace for you!
