Cater London, is a leading London Event Catering Company that specialises in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We partner with some of the most exciting brands and agencies in the world — including Nike, Spotify, and Coca-Cola. We’re now looking for a Junior Event Manager to join the team — someone who thrives on the buzz of live events and wants to be right at the heart of the action.

The Role
This is all about on-site delivery. You’ll be the person making things happen — leading from the front, keeping everything on track, and ensuring every event feels effortless (even when it isn’t). No two weeks will be the same, your schedule will vary based on live events. 

An example week would be: 
Monday office based, Tuesday on site for Elemis. Wednesday off, Thursday Friday and Saturday – Charlotte Tilbury.

You’ll work directly across a range of exciting brands and venues, gaining hands-on experience that will set you up to grow into a Brand Event Manager role, with your own clients and projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the face of Cater London on-site, managing clients, venues, and suppliers 
• Lead team briefings and set the tone for each event 
• Oversee set-up, live delivery, and breakdown 
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience 
• Build strong, lasting relationships with venues and suppliers 
• Keep everything running on time, on brief, and on brand 
• Handle challenges calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment 
• Ensure health & safety standards are always met 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in events, hospitality, or a hands-on, client-facing role 
• Someone who loves being on-site and in the action, not behind a desk 
• Strong communication skills and confidence with clients 
• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure 
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
