we are lookig for CDP or junior Sous who is creating exciting korean european menus together. Main role will be on the grill and cooking various cuts of seasonal animals / fish & seafood inspired by korean flavours with british ingredients!
Job Requirements
applicants must have good grill skill, past experience on meat and fish setion. Menu creation based on seasonal meat and fish. korean or other aisan cooking experience would be beneficial.
