Job Description
We are searching for an enthusiastic, talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team, in our bright friendly kitchen in the heart of Soho.
Responsibilities
-Assist the Sous Chef & Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
-Maintain the highest standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
-Oversee and train junior cooks, ensuring proper technique and adherence to recipes.
-Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
-Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
-Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant kitchen environment.
-Strong understanding of culinary techniques and principles.
-Experience with plating and presentation.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills.
-Proficient in knife skills and kitchen equipment operation.
-Passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning.
