Job Requirements

We are searching for a chef with strong leadership abilities, an interest in working alongside our suppliers to showcase the best of our region and solid administrative capabilities to manage costs effectively. The role will be supported by an executive chef and a hands-on director, who you'll be expected to work alongside to deliver an outstanding product and drive forward a young and passionate team. This role would suit an existing head chef of a similar background or someone who has worked as a sous chef in charge of a section in a fast-paced and large kitchen.
