About The Union Rye

Our restaurant's food is guided by the seasons and our menu is ingredient led – it changes based on what we have available to us. We use British produce only, where possible, and work with local suppliers to ensure we always source the very best ingredients that we can get our hands on. To our restaurant guests we recommend sharing our small and large plates with each other across the table, whilst our team is on hand to guide them through their visit. We work closely with local vineyards such as Hamstreet, Tillingham, Gusbourne and Oxney and have a fantastic crop of our favourite wines from England. Our bar serves aperitifs and cocktails as well as local beers, which we feel work wonderfully with our food offer. Our bar is available to use by our restaurant guests before or after their meal, as well as a social spot for drinking only.
