Job Description

Sols is looking for a new chef to join our team.

We need someone to help with the next phase as Sol's continues to grow 

A chef to help develop our evening menu offering, along side delivering our growning demand for private dining and events.

Our new chef will be joining a lovely team and keen to work 40 + hours with a flexble rota.

With new sites opening soon and potential to grow internally. 

Job Requirements

Our new chef will:

- have experience with mediterranean ingredients and understand its seasons.

- want to work in a small friendly team. They must be a good egg!

- enjoy the buzz of a small wine bar service along with delivering high end seated dining.

This role is perfect for somone with experince who wants to get away from a huge kitchen, cook nice food in a lovely setting with great people.

Looking for sous / head chef level.
