Job Description
- The right candidate will be offered to take over as Head chef to help shape the new chapter of Slow Burn in 2026
- We are ingredient led, veg forward restaurant and work with the seasons.
- As we are sharing space with Denim maker Blackhorse lane atteliers, we are only open on Weekends (Fri-Sun) with 9:00-17:00 prep days on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Small team, inclusive environment with very low turnover
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year at a Sous Chef level at a reputable establishement working with seasonal produce.
- We are lookng for someone confident that would be keen to leave a mark on the menu
- Experience managing teams, maintaining consistency and all relevant Health and Safety standarts.
- Ability to lead service calmly while cooking during a busy, fast pased service.
- Passionate and driven personality
- Ego kept in check :)
