Job Description

Calling all experienced hospitality pros. We are looking for someone to support our management team by running some services, handling guest relations, working with our wine list and offering a helping hand to the success of our restaurant this fall and beyond. This role would suit someone who has outgrown an existing role on the floor and open to new challenge, or an experienced manager who wants to work within a small and close knit team.

We work closely with exceptional, local suppliers, growers and farmers to produce focused, hight quality food led by the seasons. Rita's is an independently owned and operated restaurant in the heart of Soho, now well established and in our sixth year of trade.

Job Requirements

If you are

- experienced senior front house / supervisor or restaurant manager level

- able to read a room and tailor service to the needs of our guests

- have a keen eye for detail and thrive on delivering consistent and memorable experiences

- love restaurants and value fair, kind and generous hospitality

- think about food holistically, as culture, political and environmental. We like thinkers!

The Salary for this role is dependant on experience and begins at £13 p/h plus tronc based on a 44 hour week, the hourly rate is expected to average around £17p/h when inclusive of of service charge which will fluctuate across the seasons. There is room for progression to management position by the end of the year for the right person and we are also open to offering a salaried role. Come join us!
