About Rita's

We have operated various versions of Rita's since 2012, first a kitchen in a nightclub in Dalston, then a standalone restaurant in Hackney, followed by residencies and partnerships ranging from a 3 month cafe in Mayfair, to a yearly pop-up at Frieze art fair, or a brewery in Bethnal Green. We work with seasonal produce and amazing suppliers including Shrub provisions, Flourish Farm, Farmer Tom Jones, HG Walter, Fin and Flounder, and more. All our wine is natural. / low intervention and our spirits selection is concise with a focus on small batch and organic products.
