Job Description

We are looking for a new Sommelier - Front of House member to join our growing team. If you are passionate about wine and are looking for an opportunity to be a a part of an ambitious and motivated team, this could be the role for you.

The role is all encompassing across all areas of the restaurant service including:

Delivery of our wine offering to our guests, helping them navigate the wine list and brining life to the different options.
Maintaining a section
Working as part of a team to provide a high standard of service to our guests
Being a part of our guest chef events, wine dinners and tasting.
Service prep

There is room to widen your personal exploration of wine through our training and development program, in which we regularly taste to explore regions, winemakers and vintages. There is scope to make your mark in helping to create and develop events and experiences for our guests on topics that you are passionate about.

Job Requirements

The right candidate would have experience working in high-standard restaurants with a reasonable working knowledge of the sort of the wines we represent here at Planque.
