New opening! A neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of the community and our hospitality reflects that. We want people to come in and feel like they're part of our family - real locals who have relationships with the team and look forward to coming in. The casual dining feel means that we're looking for someone smart, well-presented and passionate about what they do. There is a lot of scope to build and implement as we're a new opening, so someone who is looking to make their mark, and really hone their craft would be ideal. We're looking for an experienced, passionate head bartender to support the development of an exceptional beverage programme.

Job Requirements

Core duties:

bar organisation; clean, organised, well-presented
managing stock proactively and in partnership with GM
efficient prep for service
preparation of the highest-quality cocktails and soft drinks ensuring attention to detail and consistency in every order.
knowledgeable and passionate about really great beverages! proactively working with kitchen team to innovate and improve the offer.
warm, genuine customer service - building relationships across the bar
working effectively and respectfully with floor staff to ensure smooth, enjoyable service
ability to train new staff on the basics of the bar
bonus would be interest in or knowledge of coffee
