Fuel for Learning School Caterers is looking for a talented executive chef to join our friendly and dedicated team. We provide catering to schools in East & North London and as we expand, we are looking for team members that will bring energy, ambition and creativity. 

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

1. Over 10 years of experience working to a high standard in restaurants or hotels and have solid foundational knowledge of food and cookery.
2. Have Head Chef experience and a solid understanding of profit margins, health & safety, ordering, stock control & team management.
3. Enjoy working with children, engaging in cookery classes and similar projects
4. Be a great problem solver, able to adapt to different kitchens and situations
5. Be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing staff and clients
6. Creative & energetic. Willing to bring fun and inspirational ideas 
7. Ambitious. Looking for a role that has the potential to grow into higher management within a company looking to make a positive impact in the education sector.
