We can't quite believe it, it seems like a week ago we were just having a laugh in a warehouse in Peckham. Now we're about to have 3 beaut locations, a team full of incredible people who just keep getting better. Soho opens late February and we can't quite contain our excitement.

100 cover dining room, 50 cover terrace with a brand spanking new fit out. That the builders have completed on time?! A great management team that all come from existing sites (with a handful of faithful returners who couldn't resist returning to the Forza fam). We'll be serving food and drink with the same ethos we always have, seasonal, unpretentious and unanimously delicious.

A first for us, Soho will have not only a lovely open kitchen all up one side of the room, but will also have a basement kitchen that we'll use for whole animal and fish butchery, one-on-one training and team workshops. What a treat.

Job Requirements

Attitude and culture fit come first and foremost. It's all well and good being able to cook but if you're inherently not a pleasant person and don't like getting stuck in then we're not the place for you. We don't work insane hours, we don't spend all day everyday in the shit but we do work hard and give it our all when we're here.

We have a great democratic approach to creativity, the menu is not the sole remit of the head chef. Chefs with just 3 months Forza time under their belt can get dishes on the menu and try out ideas.

We issue our rotas with plenty of notice, don't finish late and have a good balance of shifts and minimal doubles. We cook proper produce, with respect and buy protein that is good for the planet. We also just have a lovely time, if that all sounds like your cup of tea, get in touch xoxo
