Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Location: Stoke Newington N16
Salary: £14.50 ph
Hours: Full time, must be available for at least one weekend day

Our beautiful, bustling park café needs a Junior Sous Chef to join the team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking chef, who cares about good food, clean service,  and working in a friendly, collaborative environment.

The cafe is an all-day space in a Georgian listed building, with its own identity and menu — separate from but supported by Fink’s HQ. We emphasise seasonal, thoughtful, produce-led cooking. Expect fast-paced summer services and a cosy vibe in the winter, across both à la carte breakfast and lunch service and takeaway food counters.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for:

• Someone who is passionate about food, hospitality and working as part of a team
• Someone who thrives in a busy kitchen and can keep calm under pressure
• Attention to detail and care in every dish
• A positive, hands-on attitude
• Previous kitchen experience
