Job Requirements

•    Have experience working in a fast paced kitchen – café kitchens are a bonus
•    Coffee and food lover with an understanding of quality 
•    Sound knowledge of food health & safety practices
•    Strong communication skills
•    Exceptional organisational skills
•    Self-motivated and ability to be autonomous
•    Infallible eye for detail with a knack for problem solving
•    Leads from the front, brings people along for the journey and makes sure they are the frontlines of the Allpress brand experience.
