Acme Fire Cult is looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Supervisor to support our management team. The right candidate must have a passion for food, wine and service and good attention to detail, while be willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.

Job Requirements

• A minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• A demonstrable knowledge of food, wine and service
• An ability to train and develop the service skills of the junior team members
• Strong leadership values and an ability to lead busy services
• Brilliant written and verbal communication
