AFC takes inspiration from a multitude of avenues; from turkish Ocakbasi, the fermenting traditions of south-east Asia and Andrew’s many gastronomic journey’s through India. The flavours are complex, rich and a more refined take on traditional fire cooking. We are dedicated to having a large portion of the menu being made up of plant based dishes which have equal importance to their meaty counterparts.
