Our eureka moment
In 2017 we spent six months camped out in a GP practice in Oxford, manually improving any process we could find. Over time we realised every issue we saw was underpinned by one, big, underlying problem — broken communication.
That insight became our mission. Today, we're building the communication platform that connects every part of the health system, centred around the patient.
