Job Description
The Salad Kitchen is seeking an organized, tech-savvy Account Manager to lead our B2B operations. You will act as the central point of contact for corporate clients and the lead administrator for our digital sales platforms, ensuring accurate menus, functional tech, and seamless communication.
Digital Platform Management
- Partnerships: Own our presence on catering and delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Just Eat, Feedr, etc.).
- Maintenance: Keep menus, pricing, and opening hours accurate across all touchpoints.
- Tech: Handle POS updates and act as a "tech-intuitive" troubleshooter for app-related issues.
Communication & Inbox Mastery
- Order Flow: Manage high-volume corporate and general inquiry inboxes with warmth and efficiency.
- Coordination: Liaise with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Socials: Monitor Instagram for customer service queries and corporate leads.
Growth & Tracking
- Retention: Build relationships with corporate admins to drive repeat business.
- Analysis: Manage discount codes and report on sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
