In May 2025, St. JOHN opened its doors to a fourth restaurant wine bar, situated in the heart of Covent Garden. We are looking for a service-focused Front of House team members, true hospitalitarians who love the nitty gritty of service and who thrives nurturing and leading a team to success. A passion for the St. JOHN philosophy and Fergus' Nose to Tail ethos is of course non-negotiable.

Open seven days a week, a place for locals to get their fresh bread in the morning, enjoy coffee and pastries for breakfast, delight in a glass or four into the late evening and have lunch and dinner from a concise menu of all things St. JOHN.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in high end, fast paced, high-volume sites.
• A strong passion for delivering excellent food and customer service with the ability to inspire others with their energy.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• An open, engaging and friendly personality with the confidence to share the St. JOHN philosophy with your team and guests.
• Excellent attention to detail, is calm under pressure and resilient.
• The ability to work as part of the wider St. JOHN team and with their own initiative.
