Job Description

What you'll be doing front of house at The Fat Badger: 

• Ensure guests’ needs are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Demonstrate your passion for food & drinks, including understanding ingredients and preparation methods, provide recommendations and answer customer queries. 
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant by proactively clear and service tables.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Learn daily and advance your knowledge in wine & service.

Job Requirements

About you, our new Waiting team member:

• Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
• Have a real passion for food and drink
• Be passionate and care about the detail. Love hospitality and enjoy what you do.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests. 
• Must be flexible to work weekends and evening shifts
