Founded by hospitality entrepreneurs Alina and Dima, Milk Burger is a young independent restaurant in Notting Hill built around great food, great drinks and genuinely good hospitality. We pair seriously good burgers with champagne, care obsessively about quality and the little details, but keep the experience relaxed, lively and fun.

We’re looking for FOH people who get that balance:

Be warm, confident and genuinely enjoy making people feel looked after
Bring personality to the floor — friendly and relaxed, while always professional
Know the menu inside out, from our burgers and ingredients to the champagne we pour alongside them
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep things moving smoothly when it gets busy
Notice the little things — great hospitality is often about what happens before a guest has to ask
Work as part of a close, energetic team where everyone gets stuck in
Experience is great, but attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn matter just as much
Join a young, ambitious restaurant that takes quality seriously — but definitely not itself

Job Requirements

For us, great FOH isn’t about being overly formal or following a script. It’s about reading the room, knowing your stuff and making people feel genuinely welcome. We want a team that can deliver thoughtful, polished service while still being themselves. We’re looking for people who care about hospitality, take pride in doing things properly and bring good energy to every service. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be curious, switched on and excited to learn — whether that’s the story behind an ingredient, what champagne to recommend, or simply remembering what a regular likes.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Genuinely enjoy people and know how to make guests feel comfortable and looked after
Are confident, friendly and professional, with plenty of personality
Stay calm, quick and switched on when the restaurant gets busy
Care about the little details that turn good service into great hospitality
Are curious about food and drinks and want to understand what we serve and why
Communicate well and understand that great service is always a team effort
Are proactive — if something needs doing, you’re already on it
Bring good energy without the ego
Have restaurant experience, ideally in a quality-focused environment, although attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much
Want to grow with a young, ambitious independent restaurant and have some fun along the way
