We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and experienced General Manager to join our team. You will work closely with your Head Chef and AGM to deliver a healthy business and to nurture and develop the venue team. As GM you will take ownership of business performance, while working collaboratively with your team to deliver the best possible experience for your guests.

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone who is an experienced hospitality manager with:

A commercial approach - you'll own your P&L
A deep understanding of how a well trained, connected, supported team makes everything work
A keen eye for detail and a relentless approach to upholding standards
Excellent communication
A willingness to lead from the front, and be present on service
A true love of food, drink, hospitality, and London pub culture
