Founded by hospitality entrepreneurs Alina and Dima, with the menu led by Chef Jorge Paredes, Milk Burger is a new neighbourhood spot in the heart of Notting Hill, serving seriously good burgers, sandwiches and sides alongside great wines, Champagne and cocktails.

We're all about quality ingredients, good drinks and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where people want to stay a little longer.

We're building a team of passionate, energetic people who love hospitality, take pride in what they do and know how to have fun along the way.

We're looking for a Bartender who knows their way around a cocktail shaker, appreciates a good glass of wine and genuinely enjoys looking after guests.

Our bar is a big part of the Milk Burger experience, and we're looking for someone who can bring personality, confidence and great energy to it.

You'll be working with a carefully selected drinks menu featuring cocktails, wines and Champagne, making sure every drink is served with care and consistency.

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, Champagne and other drinks to a consistently high standard
Bring great energy to the bar and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
Know the drinks menu inside out and confidently recommend drinks to guests
Keep the bar clean, organised, stocked and ready for service
Manage stock, assist with ordering and minimise waste
Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly
Follow licensing, hygiene and health & safety standards
Take ownership of your station and help us make the bar even better

Job Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a quality-focused, busy hospitality environment
Good cocktail knowledge and a genuine interest in wine and Champagne
Friendly, confident and naturally good with people
Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
An eye for detail and pride in every drink you serve
A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Someone who brings ideas, enjoys being part of a team and wants to grow with us
