We’re looking for an experienced supervisor to join us at the cafe… 

This is a neighbourhood spot, a family run business with a genuine passion for hospitality and caff culture. What we’d like to see from you:

• Overseeing day to day service and ensuring the daily operational success of the cafe
• Working with the manager and business owner on overall strategy
• Embracing the brand identity and fostering the culture and values of Le Swine
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff, ensuring that our cafe is a place where everyone feels valued and comfortable
• Aid in providing comprehensive training, support, and clear communication to your staff, promoting a collaborative mindset and teamwork

• £15p/h plus tronc
• Daytime shifts only - Evenings off

Job Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years experience in a fast pace, busy & high quality breakfast cafe
• A natural leader
• A small, locally-focused business mentality
• A genuine passion for food & service
• A good eye for detail in all aspects of service
• A desire to work hard and be part of a passionate team
• Availability to work on weekends
