Karma Cans is a lunch time delivery service that delivers healthy salads and sandwiches to businesses like Facebook Google and Nike. We cycle our packed up lunches across the city every morning to businesses who want to eat together at work. The menu normally changes every week with just three main options - a chicken dish fish or veggie option. We keep things healthy-ish and simply but consistent and well executed.

The Junior Sous role we're hiring for includes breakfast and lunch preparation for our full menu. We're focussed on creating outstanding food for people and we need a chef with good experience who's looking for something a little different from their work.

We cook from around 6:30am - 3pm Monday to Friday with a break for lunch shortly after 12pm every day. The team is very small and dedicated and each person we bring on needs to be passionate about the food they make and have a unique palette in order to keep the menus fresh and interesting.

We are looking for someone who is consistent professional and of course loves to cook and loves tasting and making lunch!

Consistency in your work. Our customers may order from us every day or once a month. Every customer should be looked after with the same care and delivered the same standard of food.

Attention to detail. It's the little things that stand out an extra stock check at the end of each day to make sure we haven't over ordered or taking notes when someone's teaching you a new dish. These things make for a better team experience and a strong business.
