Bar Manager at Don't Tell Dad

Job Description

• Curate a frequently changing cocktail list and non-alcoholic offering using seasonal ingredients 
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and bakery to utilise their food waste and techniques behind the bar
• Assist the AGM with the wine list, sourcing low intervention wines from small producers. Highlighting terroir and varietal profiles
• Manage bar and front of house teams during restaurant shift, including bar training
• Manage stock for beverages, glassware and gas, ensuring orders are placed in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Take the job (but not yourself) seriously!
• Experience in managing a small team and training
• EHO and safety compliance
