Job Description
- Curate a frequently changing cocktail list and non-alcoholic offering using seasonal ingredients
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant and bakery to utilise their food waste and techniques behind the bar
- Assist the AGM with the wine list, sourcing low intervention wines from small producers. Highlighting terroir and varietal profiles
- Manage bar and front of house teams during restaurant shift, including bar training
- Manage stock for beverages, glassware and gas, ensuring orders are placed in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Take the job (but not yourself) seriously!
- Experience in managing a small team and training
- EHO and safety compliance
