Job Description
Clara's is a wine bar and bistro situated in the heart of shoreditch. Our kitchen is led by our head chef Elie, formerly of Artusi in Peckham, where he was awarded a bib gourmand for his exceptional cooking.
There is a focus on fresh ingredients and a modern european menu that changes with the seasons. We don't compromise on quality and you'll be working with London's best suppliers such a Natoora, HG Walters, Cibo and more.
The kitchen is open Weds - Sun so you'll always have Mondays & Tuesdays off, with alternating Sundays off too.
Job Requirements
Applicants should have experience with, and a passion for cooking fresh ingredients. We are a small but tight knit team who are always having a laugh, so if you've got a positive and proactive attitude then you'll fit right in. There is plenty of scope to learn and develop as a chef in this role as our head chef Elie is a fantastic teacher and communicator.
