Job Description

We are looking for both Sommeliers and Waiters to join our Front of House team at BiBi in Mayfair.

We’re looking for warm, enthusiastic and engaging people who genuinely care about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you’re guiding someone through our wine list, talking them through the menu or simply making sure they feel completely looked after, you’ll play an important part in bringing the BiBi experience to life.

For our Sommelier roles, we’re looking for people with a genuine passion for wine who can share their knowledge in an approachable and engaging way. You’ll work closely with the wider team to make thoughtful recommendations, deliver excellent wine service and continue developing your knowledge of our list, food and ingredients.

Education and development are an important part of our wine programme. We actively encourage our sommeliers to continue their professional wine education and support the team in working towards recognised qualifications through WSET, ASI and the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS). Whether you are building on existing qualifications or looking to take the next step in your wine career, we want BiBi to be a place where you can continue to learn and progress.

For our Waiter roles, we’re looking for confident and attentive people who enjoy connecting with guests. You’ll develop a detailed understanding of our menu, look after your section and work closely with both the kitchen and FOH teams to deliver warm, knowledgeable and seamless service.

Job Requirements

We have high standards, but we don’t believe great hospitality should feel stiff or scripted. We value personality, curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant is beneficial, but just as important is a positive attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a close-knit and ambitious team where training, education and career development are genuinely encouraged.
