Job Description

• We are looking for the world's best 2IC / Tempo's new official ‘Sentinel of Chic’.
   
   
• Your main gig will be supporting our RM with daily operations to keep this place thriving and our service FINESSED.
   
• Wine is really at the heart of our FOH team, so if you have zero management experience but come from a wine background - send in your CV!
   
• Our wine program is in collaboration with Parched, so you'll be working with a robust and dynamic selection.
  
  
   

Job Requirements

• Supervisor Experience 
• Wine Service Experience
• You have spent a few years working at a restaurant with a recognised wine list as a waiter or sommelier.
• You are a wine GEEK .. or aspire to be one.
• Experience or familiarity with East Asian / South East Asian cuisine is a plus but not necessary!
