Floor Supervisor or Assistant Manager

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced FOH person with supervisor experience and are looking to grow into a more senior management role.
   
• You have management experience and want to be part of and help grow a passionate team.
   
• Our senior management team come from a strong wine background and are looking to expand our team with people who have a similar passion for wine and hospitality.
   
• You will be responsible for assisting our Restaurant Manager with daily operations and service.
   

• Delivering genuine warmth and providing exceptional hospitality, making every guest feel welcome.

  
  
   

Job Requirements

• You have supervisor or management experience.
• You'll have spent a few years working at a restaurant with a recognised wine list as a waiter or sommelier.
• You possess genuine warmth and a true love for great hospitality.
• You are dedicated to continually developing your wine knowledge and professional skills.
• Experience in Asian cuisine is a plus but not necessary!
