Store Manager – Signorelli

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Store Manager to lead one of our busy London bakeries. You’ll take ownership of your store, your team and its performance , while delivering the warm, personal hospitality Signorelli is known for.

The role

• Lead, motivate and develop your store team
• Deliver brilliant customer service and consistently high standards
• Own sales targets, labour, stock, wastage and day-to-day store performance
• Build effective rotas around the needs of the business
• Grow sales through great merchandising, upselling and local activity
• Build relationships with nearby offices and businesses to grow and deliver local catering
• Make sure catering orders are prepared and delivered perfectly
• Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and operational standards

• Take ownership, spot problems and opportunities and act on them

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Previous management experience in hospitality, coffee, bakery or food retail
• A natural leader who enjoys being on the floor with their team
• Commercially aware and comfortable working towards sales and labour targets
• Organised, reliable and proactive
• Passionate about food, coffee and great hospitality
• Someone who wants responsibility and enjoys making things happen
