The Guest Experience Member is the face of Roll Boys and is responsible for making sure every guest has a genuinely great experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

This role is heavily focused on hospitality, energy and attention to detail — welcoming guests, communicating confidently, keeping the space looking its best and creating the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to.

We expect every Guest Experience Host to take personal accountability for their role, bring consistent effort to every shift and never wait to be told what needs doing. It’s about being present, proactive and willing to help wherever needed.

You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you do need to care, make the effort and take pride in doing things properly.

Hospitality experience is welcomed, but attitude, effort and character matter more
