Job Description

We're looking for experienced FOH supervisors and bartenders to join our tight-knit, dedicated team. We are looking for gifted servers, with a passion for amazing produce, simple cooking, natural wine and craft cocktails.

For Supervisors, your role will include running a section, communicating our culture to guests, upholding service standards, ensuring you contribute to service running smoothly throughout your shift, as well as supporting the management team with additional responsibilities including training junior team members, contributing to briefings and engaging the team on our food, drink and culture, and supervising the restaurant floor in quieter times.

For Bartenders, the role will include preparing creative cocktail batches, running the bar on shift, supporting the FOH team on service, with the opportunity to contribute creatively to our beverage programme.
