About Inver Restaurant

Inver is a restaurant with six boutique cabins on the shores of a sea loch on Scotland's west coast. We are a contemporary kitchen with old-fashioned cooking skills. We preserve, ferment, butcher, smoke, sprout, malt and bake daily. We buy whole animals and cook over our wood and charcoal grill. We foster a real relationship with the growers, fishers, farmers and foragers who stock our larder. Our cooks also pick, plant and forage. This ethos informs the bar, who make their own tonic syrup, shrubs and bitters. The cocktail menu features produce from the gardens and hedgerows. We brew innovative beers in collaboration with a nearby brewery (staff are encouraged to lead on the beer's production). The wine list favours low-input viticuture with over 70% from female wine producers. Talented friends make the stoneware plates, weave the wool cushions and carve the wooden spoons.
