Our female-led front and back of house teams work together to bring across our passion for amazing produce and truly hospitable service. Flourish Farm, Shrub Provisions, Fin and Flounder and Swaledale Butchers are just some of the exceptional suppliers we work with. When it comes to cooking, we choose an open fire. Diners can sit at our kitchen counter and watch the menu come together, a menu which changes as frequently as the seasons. In our bar we choose low-intervention winemakers and artisanal spirit producers to complete the dining experience.
