EMBERS, will eventually be a restaurant with a relaxed, serving up punchy and flavoursome dishes in a casual and relaxed atmosphere, however right now we are focused on creativity and experimentation by aiming to make the best food possible in London! After a successful one night pop-up, we secured a short term residency at the well established Louie Louie in SE17 where we are currently testing new and exciting dishes and promoting the business. Following this, we aim to secure further contracts big named operators to create exciting food in the City and we want you to come along on the journey as we grow!
