Catering Chef - various levels

Job Description

• We are on the hunt for chefs of various levels (kitchen assistant to senior sous). The Pique catering is a fast paced but rewarding kitchen to work in. We sit right on the River Wandle so have lovely peaceful views and loads of day light! 
• We are a growing company with plenty of opportunities to develop your career with us. 
• Pique is a catering and picnic specialist, with our main bread and butter being catering deliveries for London corporates and consumer brands but we also cater for a lot of London's shoots and events.
• Sociable hours- we operate largely from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday but the right candidate will be available to work a weekend shift every few weeks.

• Pique is all about beautiful, flavour-packed food which consistently delivers on quality, so we are looking for someone who is able to keep up with these standards.

   

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 full year working in a professional environment 
• Positive attitude 
• Ability to work quickly and methodically 
• Problem solver
• Great communicator
• Attention to detail and very strong presentation skills
• Reliable and a team player
• Availability to work one weekend shift every few weeks
• Ability to be able to start early (we do a weekly shift rotation but this is usually one early week per 4-5 weeks)
