High Note Hospitality is a new hospitality group founded by industry veterans James Dye and Benjy Leibowitz. Our vision is rooted in true hospitality—whether it’s the way we manage, develop, and care for our teams, or the way we create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
One Club Row, opened in April this year and has hit the ground running, picking up one to watch at the restaurant awards amongst other plaudits. Moving into the next stage of our opening we are looking for a Sous Chef to join us.
The site features two unique concepts within one building, with The Knave of Clubs pub on the ground floor serving Rotisserie and pub classics, and first floor restaurant One Club Row taking inspiration from the vibrant brasseries of New York.
This opening is just the beginning of our journey, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. Joining our opening team offers an incredible opportunity for growth and development as the group expands.
Job Requirements
Our perfect candidate would:
- Lead with care and attention to detail
- Provide confident leadership to the BOH team around them
- Have impeccable organisation and time management
- Have previous experience at the same level
- Have an excellent understanding of seasonality, provenance and product.
- Drive growth within the kitchen, including both team development and sales
- Bring energy and confidence to the role
