- 3x Evenings a Week and Rotas far in Advance: We believe in balance, and our schedule is set around 3 evening shifts per week, giving you plenty of time to recharge. Weekly hours are between 45-48 hours. Rota's done monthly to allow for you to organise your life outside the kitchen!
- Small Team, Big Impact: You’ll be part of a close-knit kitchen team, working directly with the head chef with a collaborative approach to menu development.
Job Requirements
- A chef with kitchen leadership experience, we’re looking for someone who has a genuine love for cooking and has been in a management role
- A passion for local and organic produce, and sustainability.
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Previous experience in an independent or small team setting would be a bonus, but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Support in the preparation and execution of the menu.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene standards, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen environment.
