Full Time Sous Chef at Artusi
Artusi are looking for a sous chef to join our small kitchen team.
The role:
- 42-45 hours per week
- 3 or 4 evenings off per week (normally 4)
- £42-45k per year (inc tronc)
- Supporting the head chef with management of small kitchen team.
- Creative menu development (we change the whole menu every 2 weeks)
- Development of a positive working relationship with all other staff in the business
Job Requirements
The successful applicant will:
- Be passionate about independent restaurants and hospitality
- Have at least 3 years experience in a similar type of setting to Artusi
- Be calm and respectful under pressure
- Be able to work independently and efficiently
