Opening for Frieze 2017, Rochelle Bar and Canteen sits within the Institute of Contemporary Arts in a clean space made up of white lines and daylight. An ode to modern simplicity, the restaurant seats up to 60 and connects to both our bars.
Role description
- Oversee daily operations
- Creating weekly rotas and training new staff
- Managing private hires of the restaurant
- Communicating effectively with all departments
- Overseeing month end tasks (eg. Stocktake)
- Regularly updating social media accounts, running Resy booking system and replying to email enquiries
- Working to budgets and targets, reporting to the MD

- Experienced in the hospitality industry

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organised, able to multitask and show initiative
- Well-presented and personable
- Passion for food and wine
Desired experience/skills
