About us

Opening for Frieze 2017, Rochelle Bar and Canteen sits within the Institute of Contemporary Arts in a clean space made up of white lines and daylight. An ode to modern simplicity, the restaurant seats up to 60 and connects to both our bars.

Role description

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Creating weekly rotas and training new staff
  • Managing private hires of the restaurant
  • Communicating effectively with all departments
  • Overseeing month end tasks (eg. Stocktake)
  • Regularly updating social media accounts, running Resy booking system and replying to email enquiries
  • Working to budgets and targets,  reporting to the MD
