We are London's only Michelin starred pub, run by head chef Sally Abe. We are a small dynamic team of 9 chefs cooking the best of British food with a strong focus on game. The menu is very seasonal and changes often.
We do a lot of whole animal butchery in house and utilize all parts of the animal on the menu.
The team is small, we have 5 chefs working per service, which can ver very fast paced so we are very focused on working together to get the job done as a team.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work 60-64 hours per week.
As a chef de partie you will be responsible for your own section, ordering and organization with the help of the senior team.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude that is happy to work hard but also enjoy themselves and not take everything too seriously. No egos here, we are a very friendly team and are looking for people that like to bring others up with the good and support each other through the not so good. We are committed to having a 50/50 male/female balance in the kitchen which we believe creates a better working environment.
Previous experience cooking at Michelin level is preferred but not necessary, we are looking for someone who LOVES to cook British food! We can teach you everything you need to know as long as you are eager to learn!
