About WANGS王
We are a small restaurant on a mission to bring together Chinese food culture and Bristol's good-time-values. We explore modern Chinese cuisine across inner and bordering regions of China combined with quality seasonal produce to create a small changing menu. We are very much in ‘start-up’ mode so are looking for people to help us build something very special. This year is an exciting one as we will be renovating the kitchen and introducing a Cantonese charcoal oven, open charcoal grill and a traditional wok.
