We bake our 'Detroit style' pizza on-site, using organic and regnerative flour from Shipton Mill, which is slowly fermented for up to 72 hours and then baked to create a light pizza with crisp, chewy crusts. Our pizza pies are served by the slice or whole throughout the day. Our pizza's our sold for dine-in, collection and Deliveroo. We serve these alongside our curated low intervention wine list and cocktails on tap, in our small and homely 26 cover site, which is expanding over the summer.
