John draws influences from both sides of his Thai and British heritage to create dishes inspired by the eclectic cuisine of Thailand, while utilising the abundance of world class ingredients found within the British Isles. An alumnus from celebrated Thai restaurants Som Saa (London) and Nahm (Bangkok), John has spent the last decade honing his craft to bring this unique and exciting concept to the London dining scene. Desiree looks to her relationships with sustainably focused, small batch wine producers in Europe to complement the food at AngloThai, with many wines celebrating the craftsmanship and passion of a new generation of exciting wine growers.
