An exciting opportunity has arisen. We are looking for an experienced Baristas at St. JOHN!
You will be an ambassador of the St. JOHN ethos.
We are looking for passionate Baristas to bolster our existing teams.
St. JOHN Bloomsbury has 22 covers with a focus on bakery and retail along with a selection of wines, we will be running a large number of internal & external events, the site will operate 7 days a week from 8am-6.30 pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-6pm on Sunday
We would love to hear from seasoned professionals with terrific wine knowledge as well as more junior level experience looking to step up and grow! We are keen to meet diverse talent to slot in amongst the movements of our current teams between all sites.

Job Requirements

We are looking for people who:

A genuine interest in coffee and hospitality.
A passion for food
Previous barista experience
Good knowledge of espresso, milk steaming and coffee preparation.
An understanding of quality, consistency and presentation.
Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to do things properly.
Good attention to detail.
Calm and organised when things get busy.
A team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
Good communication and a natural manner with guests.
Someone who is keen to learn and develop their skills.
A clean, tidy and organised approach to work
Are familiar with the St. JOHN philosophy and Fergus' ethos of nose to tail eating
