About Xoco Gourmet
We shape the future of cacao and chocolate. We cultivate single-variety cacao at our own farms in Central America, which we subsequently ferment according to the individual varities' intrinsic flavour characteristic. Then we do a light roasting, much lower than the standard in the industry, to develop the unique flavours that characterize the chocolates that we present to flavour-driven chefs, pastry chefs and other chocolate-interested gastronomists. Besides that, we pay farmers above fair-trade pricing for the cacao, and we offer full transparancy and traceability, while we change the cacao-industry one Michelin-restaurant at a time.Workplace Perks
