At Woolsery Fish and Chips everything is made fresh, in house; from burgers made from our own rare heritage breed sheep, sausages from our own pigs, veggie burgers made from our own fermented seasonal farm produce, to baked beans and curry sauces. We make choices like not serving cod (in a fish and chip shop!) because we can not source it locally or sustainably fished. Instead we work with local fishers who can get us a seasonal rotation of fish that we think works just as well as the traditional "cod and chips". There are also weekly specials, that run alongside our regular menu, that allow the chefs some creativity. We are open for dinner only, from 5 - 8, on Wednesday through Saturday. The chefs in the chip shop work four days on, three days off, from 9:30 to 9:30 with a half hour paid break.Workplace Perks
