About Sargasso
Our cooking is inspired by European coastal food, from the northern shores of the Iberian Peninsula all the way to the islands of the Aegean. Our wine list showcases an extensively European list of winemakers who work with a regenerative approach to farming and a gentle hand in the winery to produce wines with a real sense of place. We also have a monthly Sunday music session with guest DJ's, plus a regular program of guest chefs and winemaker dinners, which creates a wonderful platform for exchange.
